Local manufacturing
Sectronics manufactures its pole systems and solar mounting assemblies in Victoria. These are developed as part of the platform, not selected as an afterthought.
Major solar, battery, communications and electrical products are purchased through established Australian suppliers wherever practical, then assembled, configured and supported locally.
Local sourcing is a supply chain our customers can actually talk to.
What Sectronics fabricates
What we source locally
From idea to system
Load, environment, autonomy, communications and mounting.
Mechanical, electrical and communications architecture.
Pole, solar support and mounting cut, drilled and assembled.
Project finish and powder coating after fit-up is confirmed.
Power, protection, communications and optional monitoring.
Checks, configuration records, labels and batch information.

Quality philosophy
The engineered portable/mobile base is a good example. Earlier concepts did not meet our expectations for stability and safety, so the option remains in development rather than being rushed onto the market.
Components designed to work together before they reach site.
Electrical protection and serviceability retained in the system.
Local supply channels, configuration records and identification.
A local team that understands the design because it built it.
The story is still being built
As production develops, this page will grow with real images from the steel, finishing and assembly partners involved in the Australian supply chain.
We would rather show the real journey than fill the website with anonymous stock photography.
