Australian designed. Your possibilities.

Power where
life happens.

The gate opens. The light comes on.
That far corner feels a little closer.

You know what a difference power could make. Tell us about the place and what you want to do there. We’ll help work out what’s possible.

Part 2 · Answer from anywhere.

Bree sees who's at the gate and lets Matty in from the paddock. Remote calling requires compatible equipment and internet at both the site and phone.

Illustrative application. The DMSS interface and available features vary by device and app version.

Start with the difference it would make

What would power
make possible for you?

Sometimes it is a new capability. Sometimes it is simply one less job at the end of a long day.

01 An easier arrival.

A remote gate or intercom could change the way you come and go. Tell us what is there now, how often it is used and what you would like to happen.

Tell us about your gate
02 A place you can use.

A light at an access point. Power for a fence energiser. A sensor out in the paddock. Start with the job you want it to do; we will assess the equipment and site together.

Tell us about your place
03 A clearer picture.

A camera, remote sensor or communications link could help you keep an eye on what matters. Tell us what you need to see or know, and how you hope to access it.

Tell us what matters

Australian design. Local accountability.

Confidence comes
from the details.

Sectronics develops its platforms locally and manufactures its pole systems and solar mounting assemblies in Victoria. Major solar, battery and electrical components are sourced through established suppliers, then assembled and configured locally.

Meet the work behind the system

The balance took work

During development, we worked hard to keep costs down. As the design evolved, we kept weighing the upfront price against protection, durability and the ability to service the system. Finding that balance took time.

That is the work behind a Sectronics power enclosure: selecting a configuration for the job, reviewing how its parts work together and thinking beyond the day it is installed.

Safety starts in the design.

Equipment demand, battery charging, electrical protection, cable sizing and mounting all need to work together. They are part of the project review, with installation responsibilities and checks confirmed for the approved configuration.

Put your time into the job.

A DIY power box involves more than buying the parts: selection, compatibility, assembly, configuration and troubleshooting all take time. A configured Sectronics system brings that work into one agreed supply scope.

A team you can talk to.

Discuss what you already own, your budget and the work you want to do yourself. We will help define a practical scope, explain the checks needed and identify the installation work to arrange.

Start with what you know

Start with what
you know.

Installers, distributors, wholesalers, farmers and other end users are welcome. Bring an idea or bring the equipment details. There is a starting point for both.

01 / Early enquiry

Help me work out
what I need.

Have an idea, a remote gate or equipment already on site? Tell us what it needs to do and where it will operate.

Use this route if the model or power ratings are unknown, you are comparing options, or you want to discuss budget and installation.

Start a simple enquiry

You can enquire before appointing an installer.

02 / Equipment details ready

Assess my
power requirements.

Provide the exact equipment models, manufacturer power specifications, operating hours and required battery backup time.

The questionnaire includes a link for site photos, equipment-label photos and datasheets. Please do not guess electrical ratings.

Start the power assessment

Opens the Sectronics questionnaire in a new tab.

Show us the site

You don’t need to
know solar hours.

“There’s sun in the morning, but the trees shade it later.”

That is useful information. So is “I’m not sure.” Tell us what you have noticed and show us the surroundings. We will review the proposed position, seasonal conditions and any further site checks needed.

01

The proposed spot.

A ground-level photo of where the panel and enclosure could go. Include the pole, wall or structure if there is one.

02

The wider view.

Step back and show nearby trees, buildings and other obstructions. Add when you noticed shade, if you know.

03

The equipment labels.

Clear model-label photos of what needs power and any panels, battery or controller you want to reuse.

A guide to answering the shade question — open whichever sounds familiar.

The spot appears mostly open

Tell us that and include a wide photo. You do not need to promise that it receives full sun all year.

There is some shade

Describe what causes it and roughly when you notice it. “Shade after about 4 pm in summer” is useful; there is no need to time it precisely.

I’m not sure

Choose “Not sure” in the questionnaire and send the photos you can take from ground level. Sectronics will explain any further information needed.

Your observations help us assess the site. The final solar and battery sizes depend on the equipment, daily use, required backup time and verified site conditions.

Enclosure. Pole. Solar mount.

Tell us what
you need supplied.

You can request a pole, enclosure brackets and solar-panel mounting, or tell us what you already have. The panel can be separate from the enclosure where the site calls for it.

Choose a preference or “Not sure.” We confirm the arrangement and price after reviewing the photos, equipment and site details. Existing structures and panels still need a suitability check.

01 / Ground installation

In-ground pole.

A pole installed into the ground with a suitable foundation arrangement. Site and structural requirements are confirmed during review.

02 / Concrete structure

Baseplate pole.

A pole fixed to a suitable solid concrete structure. Concrete condition, fixing arrangement and structural suitability need confirmation.

03 / In development

Mobile or relocatable.

Tell us about the application you have in mind. This option is still in development; availability, configuration and pricing are to be confirmed.

Your land. Your priorities.

Make it work
for your place.

Start with the job that matters: a gate, fence energiser, camera, light or remote sensor. Let us know what you already own, what must keep working and the budget you are working towards.

Tell us about any tasks you hope to undertake yourself. Sectronics can discuss the supply scope and identify installation or commissioning work that needs a qualified tradesperson. Costs and suitability depend on the equipment, location and final scope.

What to include in your enquiry

Use the Project details field on the simple enquiry form to tell us:

  • Your role: installer, distributor or wholesaler, farmer, property owner or another end user.
  • The essentials: what needs power, its location and any existing equipment.
  • Your priorities: available budget, essential functions and whether you would consider stages.
  • Installation plans: installer confirmed, need help, or still deciding; include any work you hope to do yourself.

Submitting for someone else?

Keep the enquiry
with your business.

Installers, distributors, wholesalers and equipment integrators can submit a customer’s requirements. Use your own business and contact details and include your customer or project reference.

Tell us in the project enquiry if you want another person involved, and who should receive the response. Any supply arrangement or trade pricing is confirmed separately.

Photos make the site clearer

Bring your
site into view.

Upload site photos, proposed mounting positions, nearby shading, equipment labels and manufacturer datasheets.

Use the same contact name as your enquiry. Include your company, farm, property or contact name and site/suburb in each filename, plus your project reference if you have one.

Upload photos and datasheets

Opens the Sectronics upload page in a new tab. Uploading files does not submit an enquiry; please complete one of the enquiry routes above.

An enquiry begins a preliminary assessment. System suitability, installation responsibilities and a firm quotation are confirmed after Sectronics reviews the equipment, site information and current component pricing.
